The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience promoting and sellinginfrastructure solutionsfrom major OEMs such asCisco, Lenovo, HP, and Dell , and be capable of managing the full sales development lifecycle — from prospecting to closure.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients throughcold calling, lead generation, and networking.Manage theend-to-end sales cyclefor IT infrastructure solutions, includingservers, storage, networking, and data center solutions.Promote and sellOEM solutionsfrom vendors such asCisco, Lenovo, HP, and Dell.Conduct detailedneeds assessmentsand position relevant infrastructure solutions to enterprise clients.Collaborate with internaltechnical and delivery teamsto design customized solutions that meet client requirements.Drivedevelopment life cycle callsto move opportunities through the pipeline and ensure timely closures.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM entries, and activity reports.Build and sustain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts to ensure long-term growth and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Experience:5–10 yearsof experience inIT Infrastructure / Enterprise Solution Sales.Demonstrated success incold calling and lead generationwith measurable conversion results.Proven experience selling or managing accounts related toCisco, Lenovo, HP, or Dell.Strong understanding ofdata center, networking, and storage technologies.Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently in aremote environmentwhile meeting performance targets.Experience in managingdevelopment life cycle callsto advance opportunities through the sales funnel.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working withSystem Integrators (SIs)orChannel Partnersin the IT Infrastructure domain.Exposure toCloud Infrastructure ,Security Solutions , orHybrid IT environments.Familiarity withCRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho)for pipeline management.
