**Responsibilities**:
Hunting - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT Infrastructure (Hardware/ Software) & IT services (AMS/ AMC / Managed Services) sales space.

Harvesting - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

Learning - Conduct tech research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of industry trends

Communicating - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Excelling - Exceed sales targets and quotas

Team Player - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

Consistency - Manage and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of new business

Reporting - Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and results

Networking - Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.

Relationship Building - Leveraging existing customer connections to expand business.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) or MBA in Sales.

Strong understanding of the Indian market and IT Infrastructure (Hardware) industry

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilit

Must be willing to travel within the Delhi/NCR region as needed

Experience in selling server, storage, networking and other data center infrastructure solutions with knowledge of cyber security technologies and cloud offerings.

Established network of contacts and relationships within IT services industry.

Knowledge of IT services industry (Managed Services, IT Outsourcing) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,436.31 - ₹40,632.17 per month
