**Role: Field Sales - Solar Industry**

We are looking for **fresh engineering graduates or diploma holders** who are passionate about renewable energy and want to build their career in solar.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct field visits to generate and convert leads for solar projects.
- Educate customers on solar solutions, subsidies, and financial benefits.
- Support the sales team in presentations, site visits, and client coordination.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

**Eligibility**
- **Qualification**: B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields).
- Freshers welcome - no prior sales experience required.
- Strong communication and willingness to travel for field sales.
