Brief Description of Company: Niyo was founded in 2015 with the vision of changing the way Indians approach their finances - no matter where they work, what they earn, or how tech-savvy they are. We currently operate in 4 major business lines:
● Niyo Bharat - a prepaid salary card and digital banking product for blue-collar workers
● Niyo Global - a zero forex markup travel card that works anywhere in the world
● NiyoX - co-branded savings account with industry-best interest rates, 0 maintenance charges, and a host of exciting features
● Niyo Money - a wealth management platform with 0 commission mutual funds, domestic stocks, and more.
Job Role :
•Point person for maintenance, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills & errands. Overseeing the Travel requirements of the Directors/COO/CFO/CTO Management & Employees.
•Maintain the office condition & arrange necessary repairs. Taking care of employee’s ID cards & visiting card, Printing LR Book, Trips sheet as per client requirement for pan India
•Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies & all equipment are working & maintained.
•Rent & Maintenance of office rent agreement, Negotiate & coordinate for execution
•Making payments for all city vendor & following up with finance to ensure timely payments.
• Making payment for all city’s office utilities like Electric city bills, Broadband, Telephone bills.
•Setting up new office infrastructure & procurement of office utilities with cost effectiveness
•Facility & Manpower management Maintain general hygiene & cleanliness of offices premise of all locations in coordination with respective Branch Admin team, like Office maintenance in Electrical, Furniture, Sanitization, Plumbing, Pest control measures, CCTV, Biometric, AC, etc
•Interacts with directors & carries out their requests
•Taking Care of Employee refreshment & Taking care corporate sim connection, Invoice tracking
