About the role

​​​​​​Hiring for " Executive Admin " Bangalore- (Contractual role for 1 Year ) Extendable 

Third Party Payroll

Your Impact

Accountabilities

Handling reception, EPBAX system.

Responsible for BIO Metric registrations.

Holiday list – Preparation and display

Gift voucher and Meal coupons management

Arranging travel and accommodation for employees whenever required. & New recruits travel mgt.

Arranging post/courier and deliveries

Ordering office supplies, maintaining stock & records.

Preparing purchase requisition and ensuring vendor payments.

Coordinating for Employees Annual Health Check-up along with SHE dept.

Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.

Preparing Office admin budget (X+1) & reconciliation. – Jointly with Finance & HR

Assistance in Infrastructure Audit

Coordination & execution of monthly HR activities including events.

Administration of Car Policy (Maintaining a tracker, liaising with vendor, handling employee queries, supporting employees with car lease)

To ensure that the facilities like Housekeeping, Rental payment, canteen are administered effectively which includes their service delivery & adherence to legal compliances.

Employees Mobile data cards, SIM card, matrix cards, uniform, ID cards management

Admin Expenses monitoring & control.

Onboarding activities

Any other task assigned by the reporting manager

ESSENTIAL SKILL & COMPETENCIES

Graduate with 2-5 yrs. of experience

Experience in MIS & Excel is must

Good verbal and written communication.
