Responsibilities
  • Overseerecords of all personnel (e.g. Contracts PTO and soon).
  • Update company database with the data ofnew employees (e.g. Background qualification skilletc).
  • Create and circulate documents about thepolicies of our organization.
  • Collect payrollinformation including working days ledgers and bankaccounts.
  • Publish and remove job advertisementson different platforms (e.g. job portals social networksetc).
  • Schedule prospective candidates jobinterviews and contact them asrequired.
  • Prepare reports and presentations onHRrelated metrics like aggregate number of hires by thedepartment.
  • Create materials to train andonboard the employees.
  • Respond to inquiries ofemployees with respect to benefits like precedent number ofqualified vacation daysetc.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in HR Management.
  • 2 years experience ofworking as an HR and Admin Officer.
  • Proficientwith Human Resources Information Systems(HRIS).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation (e.g.organizational health and safety equal opportunity employmentetc)
  • Knowledge of MSOffice.
  • Outstanding time management andorganizational skills.
  • Good communicationskills.
  • Bachelors degreein HR Management.
  • 2 years experience of workingas an HR and Admin Officer.
  • Proficient withHuman Resources Information Systems(HRIS).
