RoleOverview

WadhwaniSkilling operates GenieAI a cuttingedge digital platform that isdesigned to skill vulnerable learners and place them into indemandjobs. The GenieAI platform leverages highquality digital contentGenAI Copilots human services and analytics to support learners across each stage in the career journey: CareerAdvisory Skilling Placement and Progression.

Weare seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on the development oflearner and faculty GenAI Copilots and the development ofmultiagent architecture to drive background orchestration ofmultiple Copilots with the goal of achieving seamless userexperience and strong learneroutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

Conduct Need andOpportunity Analysis: Analyseneeds and strategic opportunities in order to inform our marketrequirements definition.

Develop Product and ProcessRequirements: Create productrequirements definitions and supplementary process documentationthat enable effective GenAI Copilots and multiagent architecturewhile working in close collaboration with inhouse and external AIexperts.

Drive ProductLaunch: Work with other teammembers from Product Design and Engineering to develop and releaseproduct features for learners and faculty. Subsequently test thosefeatures in Beta with learners and faculty from educationalpartners and refine those features as needed before productionlaunch.

Drive Product Enhancement Based onMarket Data: Seek user feedbackand identify enhancements for subsequent build cycles on regularbasis based on feedback from educational partners learners andfaculty.

Skills &Experience

6 years of workexperience with at least 3 years experience in AIrelated ProductManagement required (with experience in EdTech productspreferred)

Proven success in developing andexecuting on strategic product initiatives leveraging Generative AIand Predictive AI

Knowledge of new trends andtechnologies in Generative AI and PredictiveAI

Strong relationship and oralcommunication skills including the ability to engage effectivelywith executiveleadership

Demonstrated product managementsuccess across the mobile web & app product lifecycle fromconcept to launch andadoption

o Conducting marketresearch.

oDefining user roles user journeys and productrequirements.

oWorking with UX designers in mocking wireframes and visuals formobile andweb.

oCollaborating closely with engineering in defining requirementsprioritization and sprintplanning.

oDiscussing tech architecture design and scoping withengineering.

Strong organizational analyticaland problemsolvingskills

Ability to thrive in fast pacedstartup environment with tightdeadlines.
