Job Summary: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our products in the Mobility and Trading sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and analytics to drive product development and ensure our offerings are competitive and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Mobility and Trading solutions. Align product objectives with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize analytics to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to develop and launch products. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch performance and enhancements. Ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage expectations. Present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to monitor product performance, user engagement, and market trends. Use data to drive decisions and optimize product features and strategy.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of product management experience in the Mobility and Trading domains, with a strong focus on analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Mobility and Trading sectors.
  • Tools and Technologies:
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
