Job Title: Assistant Production Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Range: 6-7 Lakhs per annum
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in production operations
Role and Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen methodologies on the shop floor.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Manpower Handling:
Manage and supervise the production team, ensuring optimal performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
Resolve any personnel issues and foster a positive work environment.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and injection molding processes.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with documentation requirements.
Problem Solving and Communication:
Address and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve production goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical/ DE/ BE
Experience: Minimum 5 years in production operations
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and injection molding processes.
Experience with 5S and Kaizen implementation.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Compliance:
Adherence to safety protocols.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation.
Attitude:
Positive and proactive approach.
Strong "gets-work-done" mindset.
