We're building the biggest fertility platform the world has ever seen.
Role Description
You're amongst a team of product and platform managers, growth hackers, data anaylsts. You're data-driven, curious and hungry for insights. You stay close to end-users so you can feel what they need.
You're finding ways to make the company grow.
We have a strong data team, you'll liaise closely with them and the developers.
This is a full-time remote Assistant Product Manager role at Just a Baby. You will assist in the development and execution of product strategies, analyse data, conduct research, liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. You will assist in the creation of product roadmaps and feature prioritization, and will collaborate with the product team to ensure that product requirements are met within technical limitations.
You'll work on product features, together with our UI team. You're not necessarily a pro with tools like Figma, but you know your way around. You'll find yourself commenting and guiding the UI-team.
Qualifications
Proven Data Analytics Experience. This is number 1. We've got a strong data team, but your hands will get data-dirty.
Previous experience in a product management. Ideally Growth Hacking.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Demonstrated ability to analyse data
Draw insights from customer research and market trends
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and show initiative and proactive problem-solving skills
Understanding of user experience design principles and ability to advocate for user needs and requirements
