Company: CALIM Tech India ( West India Region/ West india RegionEmployment Type: Commission-based with monthly maintenanceRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth for CALIM Tech in the South/ West India region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling CALIM’s technology and consultancy solutions, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the assigned region.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.- Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with prospects.- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in South India.- Provide feedback from the field to help improve CALIM’s offerings and market approach.- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence.Requirements- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in technology, ERP, or consultancy solutions.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and deliver results under a commission-based structure.- Willingness to travel extensively across the South/West India India region.- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred but not mandatory).What We Offer- Attractive commission-based earning potential.- Fixed monthly maintenance allowance and travel reimbursements.- Opportunity to represent CALIM Tech’s innovative solutions in a high-growth market.- Flexible, performance-driven role with strong career growth opportunities.- Job Type: Full-time
