Company: CALIM Tech India (www.calim.ai) Location: West India Region/ West india Region Employment Type: Commission-based with monthly maintenance Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Representative to drive business growth for CALIM Tech in the South/ West India region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling CALIM’s technology and consultancy solutions, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities - Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities within the assigned region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations with prospects. - Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in South India. - Provide feedback from the field to help improve CALIM’s offerings and market approach. - Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence. Requirements - Proven track record in field sales, preferably in technology, ERP, or consultancy solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and deliver results under a commission-based structure. - Willingness to travel extensively across the South/West India India region. - Minimum qualification: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Technology (preferred but not mandatory).
