Learning Solutions Specialist

Job Summary
You will be aligned with our Client Solutions Team at AITD and help us in the end-to-end solution design and content creation based on research which is the core to our learning solutions/offerings to our clients.
As a Learning Solutions Specialist, you will be writing research-based articles / posts / blogs to help Digital Presence Team to establish brand AITD in the digital world.
You may also work with Client Relationship team as and when needed to gather client requirements and develop learning proposals.
What would you be doing?
- Curate content, activities, and other learning assets from multiple research-based sources
- Support learning activities (for instructor-led training, web-based training, application simulations & performance simulations) according to the content design plan.
- Optimizing resources, content reuse and accelerated solution design time by managing and leveraging a central repository of learning designs and content assets for Corporate Learning
- Collaborate with SME’s, Coaches and Learning partners on the creation of courses, custom exercises, and other instructional activities to enhance client solutions
Give the content an impressive look and feel to cater to a professional audience adhering to set standards.
Developing social media posts based on research and pre-existing data to entice the audience and encourage participation.
Proactively share progress, risks, and recommendations while seeking guidance / direction / approval as necessary
About You
- An experienced L&D professional with exposure to end-to-end training program delivery
- A psychologist or enthusiast observer of human behaviour with some experience of working such as researching, designing training, and/or human capital management interventions
- An out of the box thinker and someone who is creative enough to have the ability to engage an audience.
- A facilitator who has strong interpersonal, conflict management and mentoring skills.
- Someone who has strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, influencing skills.
- An eager person who is enthusiastic and passionate about developing individuals, specifically the customers they serve.
Qualification:
- 8+ years of work experience in HR / L&D function in an organisation.MBA / MA Psychology / PhD (Completed or in process) is preferred
