Revenue Manager-Bangalore

The role is responsible for proactively approaching the enterprise customers to ensure timely renewal of expired and to be expiring PO with minimal drop in rates and identifying opportunities for upgrades, upsell and cross-sell. Identify avoidable hard churn and design plan of action to reduce and/or eliminate such churn. Act as a bridge between the organization and the client to ensure timely contracts with mutual benefit and increasing market share.
• Proactive/Reactive renewal of contracts with minimal price erosion and/or upgrades.
• Coordinate with central RR Desk on seamless closure activities, with CS team on service issues & reconciliation of circuits and manage e2e resolution
• Identification of billing disputes and eliminate competition taking advantages of delay in obtaining customer PO
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, upselling and cross-selling to be explored and exploited during renewals.
• Perform RCA for hard churn cases for the circle and deep dive in detail for top cases. Build a systematic understanding of avoidable hard churn and create plan of action to reduce/eliminate such churn
