ROLE : Junior Program Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Program Manager to join our Revenue Management team. This role is integral to driving the revenue strategy and optimizing portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1.Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage revenue management projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives and monitor their impact.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
2. Support Revenue Strategy:
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to inform pricing and distribution strategies.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue management best practices and tools.
Minimum Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project management, revenue management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, AI tools and revenue management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
