As we expand our offerings, we are seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our courses.
Job Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our program management courses. This includes recruiting and managing mentors, coordinating course schedules, developing and refining curriculum, and ensuring the successful delivery of our courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor Recruitment & Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard industry experts as mentors for our courses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Coordinate with mentors to align course delivery with the curriculum and program goals.
Course Coordination:
Develop and manage course schedules, ensuring timely delivery and smooth operation of all classes.
Coordinate logistics for live and online classes, including technology setup, materials distribution, and communication with participants.
Monitor and evaluate course performance, gathering feedback from mentors and participants to continuously improve the program.
Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update course content that is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.
Ensure that the curriculum meets the learning objectives and provides a comprehensive understanding of program management principles.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain the highest standards of course quality by regularly reviewing and refining the curriculum and teaching methods.
Implement a robust feedback mechanism to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the program, including mentors, students, and internal teams.
Provide regular updates to senior management on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience in Education Industry is a mandate
2+ years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational or training environment.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools.
