Role Purpose
As the Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our revenue-generating processes. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and efficiency across the entire revenue cycle. The ideal candidate is data-driven, process-oriented, and has a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Process Optimization: Develop and refine end-to-end revenue processes, ensuring seamless integration across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of revenue-related data to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
Sales Operations: Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and compensation design.
Marketing Operations: Orchestrate and enable the entire Marketing organization to scale and efficiently deliver business outcomes across all subfunctions. Responsibilities include
Annual Operating Plan
Operations - Budget, Data, and Performance (measurement, management, and improvement). Track ROI of marketing activities
Create and manage processes at scale: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, tracking, and conversion processes.
Marketing Automation (tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and efficacy)
Customer Success Operations: Ensure smooth handoff from sales to customer success and support the implementation of strategies to drive customer retention and expansion.
Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and other relevant tools.
Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between revenue-generating teams to ensure alignment and address any process inefficiencies.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy, including identifying new opportunities and mitigating risks.
Qualifications:
Education: 5+ years of experience in business strategy, operations management, or a related field
MBA preferred but not mandatory
Experience: 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role in a SaaS environment.
Preferable experience in field marketing and digital marketing
Strong aptitude for business planning, strategy formulation, and analytics
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Ability to influence and lead teams without formal authority
