Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Asset Manager. The Real Estate Asset Manager will be responsible for marketing and overseeing the performance of real estate assets. This includes developing asset specific business plans, execution of asset marketing strategies, overseeing leasing, pipeline management for Asset Owners, close coordination with channel partners and tenants or potential buyers; and ensuring the operational efficiency of assets under management.

Key Responsibilities


Asset Strategy - Develop and execute business and marketing strategies for real estate assets - mix of commercial, luxury residential and plotted developments

Leasing / Asset Sale Management - Manage end-to-end leasing / sale process, ensure timely occupancy and optimal rental yields

Asset Performance - Prepare and review asset-level forecasts, budgets and monthly performance reports. Track NOI/IRR for leased assets.

Asset Maintenance - Identify and implement value enhancement strategies (leasing, building enhancements, CapEx, repositioning)


Qualifications

  • 2-5 Years Experience in Real Estate or Finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
  • Strong leasing or real estate sales background
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in luxury real estate or property management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹750,000.00 per year
