Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, handling inquiries, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. Your role is crucial in generating leads and converting them into potential buyers or tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to prospects.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding residential/commercial projects.
  • Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments or site visits with the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide information on current offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a bonus).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills.
