**Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Gujarati Speaking)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with Gujarati-speaking clients to understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showings.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful deals.
- Promote real estate projects through various channels including walk-ins, calls, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep CRM and reporting systems updated on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive lead generation activities.
- Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Gujarati** (spoken) is **mandatory**.
- Experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior real estate experience dealing with regional clients is a plus.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is an advantage.
