We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive for our

building customer relationships, and promoting our real estate projects to potential

buyers. **Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is essential.**

**Job Position** : Sales & Marketing Executive ( Real Estate)

**Experience**:1-3 years

**Qualification**:Bachelor preferred

**Location**:Prabhadevi West.

**Job Type**: Full-time (10.00 am to 6.30 am )

**Salary**:₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell real estate properties.

2. Conduct site visits and deliver detailed presentations to prospective clients.

3. Negotiate and finalize property deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.

4. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract and generate leads. The profile also includes cold calling.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials such as

brochures and presentations.

7. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and post-sales support.

8. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

9. Monitor real estate market trends, property prices, and competitors’ offerings to stay ahead in the industry.

10. Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team for refining sales and

marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
