About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing, attendance & leave management, CTC structuring, compliance, and reporting. This role requires excellent knowledge of payroll systems, advanced Excel, and a strong understanding of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle salary structure, CTC breakup, and employee compensation.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliations using advanced Excel.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
  • Stay updated with latest changes in labour laws and payroll compliances.
  • Support audits and statutory filings related to payroll.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in core payroll management.
  • Strong expertise in payroll systems, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formulas, etc.)
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidentiality.
