This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Surya Hospitals in Mumbai. He will be responsible for HR management, recruitment, training and development, payroll administration and handling benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale and retention.
  • Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience of Spine HR software.
  • Proven experience as an HR or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
