Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, working to maintain and improve employee relations, and implementing and managing HR policies. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as managing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in various aspects of Human Resources (HR)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in HR management are advantageous
