Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Day-to-day tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves facilitating a positive work environment and addressing employee queries and concerns.
