Trianz | Accelerating Digital Evolution
Leaders in Product Engineering, Data & Analytics Consulting, APPS & Experience Consulting, Hybrid Cloud Consulting, IT infrastructure services, managed services and IT security consulting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating our relevant product marketing content. Your market research will help guide you when creating this content. You will collaborate with other internal teams and product marketing team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates
Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and positioning for the product portfolio
Drive inputs into the product strategy and product roadmap to meet business goals
Define product functionality and positioning together with Product Engineering teams
Work closely with s customer needs and identify strategic engagements
Coordinate outbound campaigns to include creative use of content marketing/social media/blogs/ internet and participation in events
Coordinate product collateral, sales training materials, and success stories/references. Regularly train and interact with the sales channel
Create compelling marketing content including product collateral, website copy, and sales enablement materials
Analyze and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and market trends
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote products
Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and design for marketing campaigns

What You'llNeed:
Team management experience is mandatory. Experience of managing 2-3 PMMs is ideal.
Btech degree and experience in data and analytics, AI marketing field will be advantageous
MBA & 15+ years of product/ services marketing experience with 4-5 years marketing for a data and analytics, AI
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product launch, and go-to-market strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative teams
Proven track record of driving HR transformation and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights
