Job Description Role: Business Development Associate We are seeking ambitious Business Development Associates to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Generating and qualifying leads Promoting our innovative learning programs Building and nurturing strong client relationships Driving customer satisfaction and conversions This position requires high energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Prior experience in Ed Tech sales—especially in promoting English and Math programs for children aged 4–15—will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Proactively generate and qualify leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling. Build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into satisfied customers. 2. Program Promotion & Sales Execution Promote and sell our educational programs, with a strong focus on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children. Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to parents and other key decision-makers. 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly. 4. Target Achievement Consistently work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance. Qualifications & Skills Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Experience in selling or promoting educational programs for children aged 4–15. Excellent customer relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales and meeting targets. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a keen interest in the Ed Tech sector. A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Why Join Us?
