Role & responsibilities

Treasury, Investor and Lender Relations

  • Lead Asset Liability Management (ALM) for the NBFC.
  • Drive fundraising and equity capital initiatives, managing end-to-end engagement with lenders and investors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quarterly financial updates, annual reports, and investor decks.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial data to lenders and investors.

Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Lead budgeting across operational, financial, and profitability parameters.
  • Cascade budgets and performance goals down to branches and individual employees.
  • Track and analyze branch-level and individual performance metrics.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely reporting.

Accounting & Systems

  • Design and implement the accounting framework, integrating data from the Loan Management System (LMS).
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HRMS and payroll data with financial systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: CA or MBA (Finance)

  • Experience: 48 years of relevant experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or bank

  • Proven experience in:

Managing investor and lender relationships

Treasury operations and fundraising

Regulatory compliance and financial reporting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in high-growth, startup-like environments
