The CFO/CFA will be responsible for directing financial operations, shaping strategic financial initiatives, and driving long-term profitability and risk mitigation through advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and investment evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on financial performance, risks, and long-term plans.
- Oversee capital structure, debt and equity financing, and investor relations.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Use CFA-level modeling and analysis to assess company valuation, scenario planning, and capital investments.
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with actionable insights.
- Treasury & Investment Management
- Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and short/long-term investments.
- Evaluate and manage company portfolios, M&A opportunities, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal financial requirements.

Team & Department Oversight
- Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial systems are in place and scalable.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Represent the company in financial discussions with investors, auditors, banks, and regulators.
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to the board and potential investors.

Qualifications:

- CFA Charterholder (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years in senior finance roles, with proven experience as a CFO or similar capacity
- Deep understanding of financial instruments, markets, and portfolio management
- Experience with M&A, capital raising, investor relations, and corporate governance
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
