What You'll Drive

Develop & design robust financial systems & processes

Ensure 100% compliance (IRDAI, RBI & statutory)

Lead financial planning, budgeting & capital strategy

Drive fundraising & treasury management

Be the financial advisor to leadership & the Board

Mentor and scale a high-performance finance team

Who We're Looking For

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

8–10 years in Finance (Insurance essential)

Expert in RBI regulations, IRDAI Regulations is a plus.
