QUALIFICATION:

LLB and Bar Council Member

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in PQE: ideally gained within a top corporate/ bank / financial institution or alternatively, with a reputed firm.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrates clear, precise, and professional communicationboth written and oral.
• Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
• Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work.
• Action-oriented and results-driven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Would be responsible for Treasury related transactions which include domestic and overseas lending and security creation deals.
• Should have experience in negotiating deals to raise funding for different divisions within the company as per internal requirement & prior experience in advising companies or clients on preferred positions to be taken for domestic and international lending transactions.
• Coordinating with external law firms and providing internal advice on various syndicated and structured financing deals.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate
  •Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight time pressures & demanding clients.
• Sound experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple, often complex projects simultaneously.
