Position: Supervisor/ Assistant Manager – Engineering Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden Location: 5-star Luxury Hotel, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Salary: ₹2.40 – ₹3.60 lacs p.a. Qualifications: Engineering Degree/ Diploma Experience: 7+ years in engineering department in hotels, min. 2 years as supervisor Mandatory: Hospitality industry experience of property management & maintenance Preference: Specialization in HVAC chill water systems or in Electricals/ Electronics DO NOT APPLY: If specializing in IT/ tech/ CS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Property Maintenance: Preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in the hotel Team Management: Lead & train engineering team to ensure timely rectification of any issues Guest Service Support: Ensure swift resolution of guest-related maintenance issues with minimal disruption Compliance & Safety: Enforce hotel safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards Asset Management: Monitor and maintain all technical equipment and hotel infrastructure to prolong asset life Energy Efficiency: Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage to reduce costs Inventory & Budgeting: Assist in managing department budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination Reporting: Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and reports on maintenance activities and incidents Emergency Response: Act as key support during emergencies (fire, power failure, etc.) and coordinate necessary actions Apply with resume and details of last drawn and expected salary to:
