Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Construction Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction activities. Tasks include coordinating with contractors, monitoring project timelines, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, managing budgets, and resolving any issues that may arise on-site. The Assistant Construction Manager will also ensure that the work complies with building regulations and quality standards.

  • Construction Management, Project Management, and Contractor Coordination skills
  • Safety Protocols and Building Regulations knowledge
  • Budget Management and Cost Estimation skills
  • Problem-solving and Issue Resolution abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
