The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in executing construction projects.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Site Supervision: Monitor construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Structural Design & Analysis: Assist in designing, reviewing, and approving structural drawings and blueprints. Material & Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans for projects. Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities for project approvals and smooth execution. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (./) or a related field. Experience: Minimum [4] years in civil engineering, site management, or construction projects. Technical Knowledge: Expertise in construction methods, materials, and project execution. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to assess issues and provide technical solutions effectively. Communication & Leadership: Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.
