Civil Engineer
to join our Projects team and support the execution of upcoming infrastructure and plant development projects.

Role Overview:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing all civil and structural works for various Future Solar projects. This role requires coordination with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of all construction-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all civil construction activities from start to completion.
  • Review and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs.
  • Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and vendors to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and monitor project budgets for civil works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or construction-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety norms.
  • Support in vendor evaluation, material approval, and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and inspection records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Electrical, Mechanical, and Project Management for seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of experience in industrial, plant, or infrastructure construction projects (experience in solar, manufacturing, or energy sector preferred).
  • Strong understanding of civil design, construction materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant civil engineering software.
  • Good knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
