Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices Experience in Benefits Administration and proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and collaborate with teams across the organization Relevant professional certifications in HR are a plus
