JOB PURPOSEThe Regional Sales Manager – South will be responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and profitability for the Wholesale business across the Southern region. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing distributor and key retailer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of brand and trade initiatives.JOB RESPONSABILITIES / ROLESYour main tasks will include:Deep understanding of Trade channels and offline distribution networks.Strong leadership and people management skills to drive high-performance culture.Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Drive revenue growth, lead sales teams, and expand market share across South IndiaDevelop and execute the Trade sales strategy for all regions across South India to achieve volume, value, and distribution objectives.Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities, recommending corrective actions where neededCollaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align demand planning, inventory management, and credit control.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements in all business operations.Willingness to travel extensively across South India.Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Business Administration or related field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in General Trade sales esp. in South region, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and multiple geographies.Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and driving market expansion at scale.
