Job Title: Branch Sales Manager Cum Institutional Sales Manager
Location: Delhi/NCREmployment Type:Full-time
Role Overview:
We are seeking ahighly motivated Branch Sales Manager Cum Institutional Sales Managerto manage and grow institutional business portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling clients, with excellent customer-handling and negotiation skills. The candidate must be ready to adapt to the financial planningindustry, learn our workflow model, and drive results through professionalism and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of branchand institutional sales, including prospecting, onboarding, and client servicing.
- Lead and manage sales team, providing guidance, support and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and customers.
- Follow up with clients regularly, understand requirements, and ensure seamless order management.
- Prepare and deliver presentation and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closing deals, and account management.
- Develop and execute sales plan to generating sales through sales team.
- Leading and managing a team of Direct Sales Teams (DSTs).
- Handle and manage appointments.
Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing and Sales.
- Prior experience in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales preferred.
- Knowledge of financial planning added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Professional appearance and business etiquette are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently across cities for client visits and business development.
