Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. You'll be the data guru behind our campaigns, crafting high-performing strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta platforms. 


Analyse performance, optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, and collaborate with the team to drive client success.


Expectations:

  • Should be exceptionally good with numbers and be able to thrive in a data-driven environment.
  • Deliver high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for diverse clients in different industries.
  • Manage high performing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn & Meta platforms.
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for seamless messaging integration.

Qualifications:

  • Min 4 to 5 years of specific performance marketing experience with a proven ROAS track record.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn ads & Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Agency experience (preferred).
