Job Description:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance-driven marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that resonate with our Singaporean audience, drive user acquisition, and maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Strategy Development: Create data-driven marketing strategies tailored to our Singaporean audience, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROI, and CTR. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels, ensuring efficient spend and optimal performance.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging, aiming to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges within the Singaporean market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and consistency in messaging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the Singaporean market and consumer behaviour is a plus.
