Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance-driven marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that resonate with our Singaporean audience, drive user acquisition, and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Create data-driven marketing strategies tailored to our Singaporean audience, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROI, and CTR. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels, ensuring efficient spend and optimal performance.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging, aiming to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges within the Singaporean market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and consistency in messaging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Singaporean market and consumer behaviour is a plus.
