Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview:As a Performance Marketing Specialist at 42andmore, you will play a pivotal role in driving client digital marketing strategies to new heights. This position is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with 3-6 years of proven expertise in performance marketing, particularly in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Experience Level: 3-7 years
What You'll Do:Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve targeted goals.Utilize data-driven insights to refine and enhance campaign performance continuously.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize ROI.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights.Develop and present regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website and landing page conversion rates.Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to enhance user experience and drive desired actions.Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum results.Monitor spending against budget and adjust strategies as needed.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.Implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
Our Ideal Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3-7 Years experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid advertising.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
