About the Role

TalentKnit is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS product company to hire an Engineering Manager who will lead a high-performing engineering team solving complex and meaningful technical challenges at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams while staying close to technology. You will manage a team of 10+ engineers, work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Architecture teams, and play a key role in driving delivery, mentoring talent, and scaling engineering excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team (10+ engineers)
    • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and architects to plan, deliver, and support high-quality releases
      • Drive end-to-end delivery and take ownership of engineering outcomes
        • Stay hands-on with architecture and design discussions to guide technical decisions
          • Implement and uphold modern engineering best practices including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps
            • Build a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
            Key Requirements
            • 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
              • Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering management role
                • Proven track record of delivering multiple product releases
                  • Strong understanding of modern SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps culture
                    • Experience in product/SaaS-based environments preferred
                      • Knowledge of C#/.NET and Azure cloud is a plus (not mandatory)
                        • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
