Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera (P6)/MS Project.

- Develop baseline schedules, progress tracking systems, and resource-loaded programs for infrastructure projects.

- Coordinate planning and scheduling activities across multiple project sites and teams.

- Track project milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.

- Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment of planning with execution.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with analysis of deviations and delays.

- Conduct delay analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with clients and consultants for approvals and reporting purposes.

- Support contract management and claims with planning data and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in planning practices.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning tools.

- In-depth knowledge of planning norms, resource management, and project tracking.

- Proven experience in managing planning for civil infrastructure projects especially tunnels, highways/roads, bridges, and port construction.

- Good understanding of BOQ, WBS, and project costing.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree is a plus).

- PMP / PSP certification preferred.
