Aspect Development (C&I PPA)

- Identify and target high-potential C&I customers for bilateral renewable energy offtake across the target states

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of PPA opportunities across Development (Power Exchange)

- Analysis of opportunities power sale opportunities available in various segments of power exchange(s)

- Coordination for sale of power through the power exchange

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

- Structure customized PPA offerings (captive, group captive, thirdparty/ open access) aligned with client needs and regulatory frameworks.

- Lead commercial negotiations on tariff, tenure, terms, and performance parameters, etc.

Permits and Approvals

- Secure necessary open access related approvals and clearancesfrom various Govt. agencies for C&I PPA and power exchange sale

Regulatory & Policy Interface

- Monitor open access and captive regulations across states to identify viable business opportunities.

- Pro-active approach for maximising the gain and minimising the loss emerging from changes in regulatory & policy framework

Financial & Risk Analysis

- Provide inputs to the Investment Analysis team to conduct financial modelling for various PPA scenarios including IRR, NPV, payback periods for clients.

- Risk assessment for each contract

Contract Finalization

- Liaise with legal team for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing PPA documents.

- Manage internal approvals and documentation processes.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong long-term relationships with C&I clients.

- Act as a primary point of contact during PPA lifecycle including billing, disputes, and contract Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences

- Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors through online and offline marketing channels
