About the Role
Engineering Manager with a strong product development background to lead our Java backend engineering teams. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can balance strategic team management with active contribution to our technology stack. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Java backend development and proven expertise in scaling engineering teams while maintaining high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Experience & Background
- 12+ years of professional software development experience with strong focus on Java backend development.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.
- Proven track record in product development environments with experience shipping customer-facing applications.
