With delivery hubs in India and Europe, we combine global reach with local expertise.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale implementations. This senior role requires certifications, proven success across multiple ServiceNow modules, and the ability to architect, design, and deliver complex solutions.You will play a key role in advancing our AI + ERP workflow initiatives — leveraging Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and App Engine to solve complex enterprise challenges. Beyond technical expertise, we value leadership, collaboration, and the ability to mentor and guide teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Delivery- Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SAM Pro, FSM, IRM, and more.- Build, configure, and optimize workflows, automations, and ERP workflows with App Engine.AI & Automation- Drive adoption of Agentic AI and AI Agent Studio to create next-generation workflow automation.- Translate business needs into intelligent, AI-powered technical solutions.Leadership & Collaboration- Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business and technology.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of excellence.Operations & Integrations- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications in production.- Lead integrations with ERP and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).Required Skills & CertificationsMandatory- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).- At least one advanced certification: CAD, CIS, or specialization in App Engine/CSM/ITSM/ITOM.- 5+ years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.Preferred- Proven expertise in Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and ERP workflows.- Strong skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs.- Demonstrated success in integrating ServiceNow with ERP and enterprise platforms.- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.What We Offer- Remote flexibility with working hours that suit your schedule.- The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI + ERP-driven ServiceNow projects.- Be part of a fast-growing global team with delivery hubs in India and Europe.- Competitive compensation, continuous certification support, and clear career growth paths.- Long-term opportunities across multiple ServiceNow domains.-Ready to take your ServiceNow expertise to the next level?
