What You'll Do

Manage and follow up on home loan leads from builder partners

Guide customers through the loan journey – eligibility, documentation & application

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth sanction & disbursal

Maintain accurate customer records on CRM

Work with builder sales teams on-site & handle customer engagement

Resolve queries & deliver excellent customer service

Explore cross-selling opportunities (LAP, Balance Transfer, Top-Up Loans)

What We're Looking For

Freshers from with strong communication skills

1–3 years' experience in customer service/sales/client engagement (preferred)

Strong interpersonal skills & customer-first attitude

Willingness to learn about home loans and financial products

Compensation

Freshers: ₹18,000–₹22,000 (Fixed)

Experienced (1–3 yrs): ₹25,000–₹30,000 (Fixed)
