About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead and manage the sales function for Sameera Land & Constructions. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and ensuring achievement of business targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in residential and commercial projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative sales techniques and relationship management.
- Oversee channel partner development and broker network management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and statutory regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and clients.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (10–15 years) in real estate/construction sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong network of industry contacts and channel partners.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market conditions.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per month
