As we continue to expand our operations and footprint nationwide, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our growth strategy.
Position Overview: As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Event Planners, Organizers, and Field Sales professionals while closely collaborating with our clients to deliver exceptional service experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both B2C and B2B sales within the event management or related service industries, with demonstrated success in scaling organizations significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Event Planners, Organizers, and Field Sales professionals to drive performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Implement and utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and data analytics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies that will enhance our competitive position and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrate maturity and effectiveness in leading and managing a workforce that includes Gen Z professionals, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and a positive work culture.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Location: This position is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad, with occasional travel required to meet clients and attend industry events nationwide.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferably A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience of atleast 10 years in sales and business development roles within the event management, photography, videography, or related service industries.
- Demonstrated success in scaling organizations by 5X or 10X through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Extensive network of contacts in the event management or related industries is a plus.
- Preferably A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
